Eddie was found with his 5 siblings on the 25th March 2024 in a box by the 3 ponds near the shelter. They were dumped without their mum and left to fend for themselves.

Cute – yes. Fluffy – yes.  Adorable – oh absolutely yes! This sweet little man is ready for a home and we cannot think of a puppy more ready to go home! He has the dinkiest, stubbiest little legs ever and the wiggliest bum you will see.

Eddie is the kind of pup that loves exploring and learning but will always take the opportunity to sit for a quiet cuddle and accept all the fuss you have to give him. He will nibble your finger so gently and grab your hand with his little paws with pure happiness when he is getting attention.

As he is one of the smaller pups in the pen, he can be pushed out of the way when there is attention and treats to be had, but he does eventually find his way through! He loves to roll over on to his back for tummy tickles when the chaos has subsided but will happily share all attention, treats and toys available. 

He accepted his (teeny tiny) lead and harness without issue and even played with his toys and followed treats with them on. 

We are looking for a home for Eddie that isn’t too chaotic, he is a happy little chap and very laid back for a pup. A home that will enjoy walks in the country, play time and cuddles as well as an emphasis on continuing to help Eddie grow in confidence. He can live with or without another dog and would be suited to most environments, just not a busy city/town centre due to his slightly quieter nature.

We cannot wait for Eddie to live the life he so deserves, being doted on by a loving family.
